Before heading into the mountains, you’ll learn how local people recognize edible wild greens, where they grow, when to gather them, and how they are preserved beyond the short spring season.

Then, together with a local guide, you’ll enter the mountains and gather them yourself.

Back at the table, local cooks transform the harvest into traditional dishes, alongside preserved mountain vegetables that carry the flavors of spring throughout the year.
