Experience Story ー

FORAGE YUKIGUNI

Step into the autumn forests of Yukiguni, gather wild mushrooms with local people, and bring the harvest back to the table.

Autumn in Yukiguni begins in the forest.

As the mountains change color, wild mushrooms emerge throughout the forests—a seasonal gift that local people have gathered and enjoyed for generations.

Together with a local guide, you’ll step into the forest, learn where mushrooms grow, and forage for them with your own hands. It is not simply about picking mushrooms, but about discovering how people here have lived with the mountains and the changing seasons.

After returning from the forest, the experience continues around the table. Your harvest is prepared alongside traditional dishes by local cooks who carry the flavors and knowledge of Yukiguni.

From the forest to the table, experience autumn as we live it.
